Teaching Granny How To Suck Eggs?
Hopefully not, but just incase you didn’t know, here’s a great way to soothe sunburn. You know, that little bit of sneaky sun that just got away from you…yep that one. As soon as you suspect that you’ve overdone it, squeeze a vitamin E capsule or more directly onto the affected area. Aloe vera gel is also grouse for relieving the discomfort of sunburn and to assist in the healing process as well for other types of burns after standard first aid is tended to. Aloe and vitamin E do work a treat, but this will just end up being one of those useless tips that you’ll never need because you’ll won’t be getting caught out now will you? *wink*

Hi I was wondering where do you get Rosehip oil from? I really want to try it on my skin and was wondering how much the price is as well, like can you just get a generic one from the pharmacy or even the supermarket? thanks

Hiya Tanya
Health food stores are a great first port of call as they have several of the more reputable ranges…generally. It’s priced from somewhere between $19 - $45! Eek! I know! I hope this helps some. -BM!
